Abstract

The aim of the research is to increase innovation in the food sector by using kenikir leaves as a basic ingredient for
making cookies. Increasing people's purchasing power with delicious and cheap innovations. Increase public awareness about
the importance of healthy food. Creating new jobs and creating an independent Probolinggo Regency community. The method
used in the research is descriptive qualitative. The research results show that cookies are a new breakthrough in the innovation
of healthy snack products from kenikir leaves to increase awareness of consuming healthy food for the public. This healthy
food innovation can be consumed by various age groups.
